We got to the gig on Saturday about an hour before we were to go on. This gave me time to meet the organizers and most importantly to meet with the sound guys. This is high up on my list of things to do when you are playing at an unfamiliar gig with someone else handling the sound. You can put on the greatest show of your life but if the sound is not happening it can destroy everything.
